ok it's work

launching Digikam in a terminal show me that Digikam for cascades files at
/haarcascades like in comment #12 so i create a symbolic link like this :

sudo ln -s /usr/share/opencv/haarcascades /haarcascades

and the face-detection scanner work fine

Thanks for your work, For me Digikam is the best photo-manager
