They are pretty much the same, the 'grep menu' output is actually not from
digikam, but rather from kde services (kbuildsycoca4). You may try to update to
a newer version of digikam (highly recomended), 1.7.0 is out or you may also
try out the new 2.0 beta1 with some cool new features. Anyway I'd say it's
Unity bug, there's nothing we can do from our side, sorry. File a bug with
Ubuntu's Unity.
