Whilst running an *advanced* slideshow, the controls (Pause, stop etc) are not
visible when moving the mouse pointer to the top of the screen. The two
rectangular boxes are there (top-left and top-right) but they are showing parts
of the digiKam window instead of the slideshow controls. Also, I cannot find a
way of clearing the two boxes from the screen.
