Libraries are moved to git here :

https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdegraphics/libs

To download it look this url :

git clone http://anongit.kde.org/kdegraphics

... but i doesn't work yet. I don't know why... Perhaps migration is
not yet complete...

I don't have yet updated web site. still todo when all will be ready to use.
