Marcel,

I would to implement this feature for 2.0.0

The goal is to make a new folder view including all Labels (Rating, Pick, and
Color), as Tags folder view, and show it in kipi folder widget.

I would like also to implement a new tab in left digiKam sidebar to show this
folder view (Apple Aperture provide this feature).
