I am trying to add a new shortcut for the 'Add a Face Tag', but can not find
this function in the action list of the 'Configure Shortcuts' dialog.

Reproducible: Didn't try


Actual Results:  
Add a Face Tag is not listed in the actions list of the configure shortcuts tag

Expected Results:  
Add a Face Tag will be listed in the actions list of the configure shortcuts
tag

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-14-generic
Compiler: gcc
