Ctrl and Shift modify the meaning of a mouse click in the context of icon view
selection. Digikam's behavior is consistent with dolphin (which I take as
reference for KDE icon views)
If you intend to use Ctrl and Shift in the context of modifying the drop
operation in dolphin, press it after you have initiated the drag.
