Patch against digiKam git master updated

Patch against digiKam git master updated :

- Use new libkexiv2 AltLangStrEdit api to manage size of title editor.
- Rearrange layout of setup icon-view to group file and digiKam properties
together.

Still TODO :

- icon-view filter do not manage image title. You cannot sort item by title
string.
- Search/Advanced Search tool do not manage image title.

Petri, do you manage this missing features ? The goal is to apply patches just
after 2.1.0 release, planed next sunday.

Note : It still some code to review again from me...
