Tiny translation mistake in filters selection.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Tooltip over stars when selecting filters.

Actual Results:  
"Note inférieure ou égale"

Expected Results:  
"Note supérieure ou égale"

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
