Debug statements

This is a patch on current git (wont work with 2.0)

Ensure 50003 is enabled in kdebugdialog and start the patched digikam on a
console
The idea is to prepare a scenario where the problem can be reproduced each
time, like a certain photo with three manually added regions. (->) Confirm
them, go to the next photo, and back. If the problem has shown, please give me
the console messages since "->".
