What should it check? And would would be the benefit of such a tool? If it
reports that the database file is corrupted it couldn't do much about that.
The database is a normal sqlite file (or mysql if you want to). So you can use
any tool on these databases but I don't see how a checking tool can help.
Backups of the database file are the right way to preserve it.
