This is output from exiftool. Small cut from raw data processed in
Rawstudio. No EXIF (or other metadata) data shown in DK. when file is
imported.

New information however:

JPG file does appear to work correctly, EXIF looks correct in DK .... 
PNG file does not work .. nothing shown in DK
