When I try Image/Flip/Horizontally or Image/Rotate/Left or right... on a .png
picture, I get an error: Failled to Rotate image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to rotate or flip a png.

Actual Results:  
Failed

Expected Results:  
Either a better error message, or a success.
