LibRaw is able to extract both shots from Fuji RAW without problems.
Use params.shot_select=0 for first frame and params.shot_select=1 for second
one.

There is no code whith mix two shots together right, it should be done on
postprocessing stage.

AFAIK, only two software with right two-frames mixing exists:
 Fuji RAW file converter
 Raw Photo Processor (Mac Only)

We (LibRaw team) are open to coperation and ready to accept patches/code which
do right frame mixing for fuji.
