Summary: "Help / digiKam Handbook" menu item is misleading
           Product: digikam
           Version: 1.4.0
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: chkr at plauener.de

Version: 1.4.0 (using KDE 4.5.2)
OS: Linux

As far as I know there is currently no up-to-date digikam-doc package and so it
seems to be the case that the distributions stop shipping this package.

Because of this there is the following behaviour:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use menu entry "Help / digiKam Handbook"

Actual Results:
KDE Help Center opens with the standard "Documentation not Found" page.

Expected Results:
The handbook should be displayed. Either locally from an up-to-date digikam-doc
package or probably the following URL (which seems to be more up-to-date)
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-graphics/digikam/index.html should
be opened.
