OS:                MS Windows

Some of the modal windows in the application have a help button but when
pressed one of two strange situations happen, either nothing happens or an
error message is showed. But no advice on how to turn help on is displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application -> Select Settings menu item -> Select Configure
showFoto... -> Press Help button

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens or an error message is displayed saying that a certain file is
missing.

Expected Results:  
A help page or a page that advises how to set up help feature should open.
