If I change in Setting the Theme to black, the color of the texts in menus
remains black, and it can't be read.

Steps to Reproduce:
Change the theme in Settings to black
Actual Results:  
the text in the menus can't be read
Expected Results:  
the color should change to have a contrast and the text should be readable
