This is a side-effect when the preview creation is cancelled. You can safely
ignore it.

The crash clearly comes from Exiv2. We recommend to update to the latest exiv2
/ libkexiv2 version available, or to isolate the picture that causes the crash,
so that we can test if the problem is fixed in latest exiv2.
