Hi All,

Just installed LM9 and the latest version of digiKam provided. For 
reasons unknown the application comes with American English predefined. 
I was not able to change to another language - the previous version 
offered multi-language support. To be consistent with all other apps I'd 
prefer one language for all.

What is required to activate another language? In my case German.
