Just starting to test. I follow Gandalf comment there to ask than progress bar
in scan dialog is always set to 100%. scanning still under progress there...
Wait and see.

Note : I starting agin from scratch too. Not DB, no settings. To set 1th root
album and DB path in first run wizard, digiKam do not ask me again root
collection paths with setup collection page.
