SVN commit 1107292 by cgilles:

Add film grain size settings.
Separate chrominance blue and red noise settings.
Fix inversion of shadows and highlight adjustements.
Factorize methods to set YCrCb adjustements.
Set methods as inline to speed up computation.
Use d private container.
