[Digikam-devel] Overlay buttons in preview mode and text label

Hi,

is there a way to turn off the overlay buttons and the text label in the image 
preview widget?
They are very distracting (at least for me), and I don't want to see them, 
especially the text label.
It would be much better to have these controls not overlaying the image at 
all, but maybe this is just my opinion :D

I guess a lot of users will not like it and want to turn it off, but right now 
I have not found any option. Is it hidden somewhere else?
I looked in Settings->AlbumView...
