The crash handler dialog has an improved duplicate detection and handling in
the KDE SC 4.4 upcoming release. However, it is sometimes difficult to identify
if it is "the same" issue, in order to say "it is fixed since x.y.z version"
(so that needs manual check)

You can install the 1.0.0 final version from the "karmic-backports" repository.
