Similar to bug 214718, I moved the digikamimageplugin_* out of my
/usr/lib/kde4/ 

Leaving the kipiplugin*.

/usr/lib32 and /usr/lib64 do not have a kde4/ 


I have not been able to crash digikam and it is much faster and responsive.
