A quick update on the status of things. I finally got KDE SVN account but i
can't check anything out with my username  :(, but working on it. 

Trying to get some integration with digikam now. I am not sure where to put it
in though. I have looked through the code and if I understand it right, then I
want to put it some where before the image preview is displayed but after it is
loaded. Are all images after they have been loaded with custom loader converted
to QImage and then displayed?
