Summary: Many Icons Don't Show Up in digikam Under Mac OS X
                    (10.6.2)
           Product: digikam
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fink Packages
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: rishi.j.sanyal at gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
Compiler: GCC 4.2.1
OS: OS X
Installed from: Mac OS X (Fink) Packages

Dear Gilles et. al.,

After disabling the exposure blending plug-in on compile (by commenting out the
relevant line in CMakeLists.txt), digikam successfully compiled on Mac OS X
10.6.2!

It also seems to be running quite smoothly! Great work!

However, a ton of icons are missing in the GUI. They're replaced by little
question marks. This is evident in both the main window GUI as well as under
contextual menus. Take a look here:

I ran digikam from the command line to look for any error messages regarding
loading icons (I don't even know if this is a sensible thing to do), but
couldn't find any errors in the command line output.

I know this isn't a *big* deal, but it's pretty annoying. Any ideas? Is this a
digikam problem or a KDE problem?

Many thanks again,
Rishi
