SVN commit 1096047 by mwiesweg:

In the preview:
a) For single click system settings:
    - Click        -> back to icon view
    - Click + Drag -> pan if zoomed
b) For double click systems:
    - Double click -> back to icon view
    - Click + Drag -> pan if zoomed

Dragging is defined by the Qt's startDragDistance()

This is not the big solution envisioned by some comments, but it is the small
solution that most people can live with, and which restores good old behavior.
