[Digikam-devel] Bug#491841: digikam: one workaround

I first rebuilt the digikam package from source on my system and
dpkg -i'ed that which did not help.

Removing and re-adding collections did not help either. Re-generating
thumbnails only was unhelpful, too.

Only after I completely moved away the image metadata/thumbnails
databases and let digikam re-create both from scratch as if it would not
ever had any did it start to work again.

Luckily I didn't use rating/tagging before so nothing much was lost
(only the per-album image setting). This is not acceptable, however, for
someone who had added a lot of metadata !
