Probably the logic is copied from the other fields which have spin boxes, and
you usually search for a range. It's also not possible there to search for
"==", but you can use a <= x <= a+1.
It was not easy to get this right with the spin boxes and their own ideas what
to do.
For the rating, we should of course allow the same value in both boxes. And it
should be easier to implement.
