Current default is KGlobalSettings::completionMode(). In older version this 
was not the case, we had a hardcoded default then.

Normally the current item will be automatically shown by Qt, but we may have 
switched off this functionality, it can be irritating at times. Then we need 
to call scrollTo manually.
