Sound like you use and external version of lensfun library.

Here, for digiKam 1.8.0 or 2.0.0, i use ineternal lensfun code which is trunk
implementation from lensfun repository. It include fixes not yet released. I
recommend to recompile digiKam without to use lensfun library.
