[Digikam-devel] Fix "giant memory leak" in digiKam 1.3.0, maybe creating a 1.3.1?

Nothing has changed in GUI with this bug entry.

No. 1.4.0 is 1.4.0. no need to change release ID. All must still homogenous.
with other distro.

2.0.0 is under heavy development in a separate branch. It not yet
stable to use in production.
