It's not a critical issue, cause i still can re-tag photos by selecting
existing tags and re-tagging them. But that pretty annoying for big collection
with hundred tags.
And since kde (semantic-desktop particularly), still in heavy development with
many changes upcoming, it seems good idea to make option(button) to re-sync
database. Cause one day this situation (nepomuk database failure, changes or
else) could be common.
