Summary: KDE resets all configs after incorrect shutdown
           Product: digikam
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Dates
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: saulotoledo at gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Really Annoying bug: almost always my PC is shutdown directly. KDE resets all
my configs. For example:

After KDE upgrade, I put 8 application icons at panel, add some widgets,
activate double click on systemsettings, change my wallpaper and desktop mode
to "folder view", change Dolphin configs to expand folders, icons sizes,
default navigation mode and some other little things.

A power failure in home, when back all my work on KDE is lost!
Ah ok, I do all again: after 1 week my PC freezes on a terminal: I reseted and
what happened?! All lost!

Again! I killed X server to upgrade my Video Driver and... well, you know...

It's really annoying this resets. KDE must backup this configurations. Even
Dolphin configs are resetted!
