Summary: Importing from Nikon Coolpix P90 ignores date/time of
the images and uses 31-12-1969 instead
           Product: digikam
           Version: 0.10.0
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: ks at alsvidr.de

Version: 0.10.0 (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I use two cameras: Canon Powershot S80 and Nikon Coolpix P90. Everything works
fine with Canon Powershot (except for occasional crashes when deleting pictures
on the camera and wrong sequence numbers), but when I import pictures from the
Nikon with the same settings as for the Canon (date-based-subalbums foramt ISO,
and rename the pictures: date yyyy_MM_dd and sequence number) all images are
saved in the folder 1969-12-31 with the name 1969_12_31_x.jpg. When I look at
the image info the date and time in the picture is correct.
