I forget a very important features : manage image file and xmp sidecar file as
well :

1/ if image is removed, remove xmp sidecar too.
2/ if image is renamed, rename xmp sidecar too.
3/ if image is moved, move xmp sidecar too.

typically, xmp file name is image file name without image format extension,
this one is replaced by xmp. ex : DSC12568.cr2 => DSC12568.xmp
