I had time to do some limited testing yesterday. To me this fix seems to work
as it should, but of course I could only test it with Nikon files and just a
couple of raw files from other sources. The behaviour seemed reasonable, but in
case of reduced-size previews I didn't try to estimate if the sizes of previews
were as suggested. :-)
