[Digikam-devel] New icon view

This is not strictly a bug - it's a bit deliberately disabled. The question 
is: what is refresh supposed to do?
Previously it did mainly two things:
- reread the current album from the db. But, if images are added to an album 
or removed, the view is updated automatically. So this is not needed.
- delete all thumbnails. In my feeling, this should be labeled "Recreate 
thumbnails" or similar

Refresh could mean:
- trigger a collection scan of the current album - only applicable to physical 
albums, obviously
