This happened on a new installed Machine with Ubuntu installed (Gnome)
then I installed "Kubuntu-Desktop" (The whole KDE Package)
After the first start of Digikam it asked me which Paths to use.
But it did not search for pictures - instead it crashed.

The next Start - it did not crash but did not recognize photos in the correct
set path.

Then I startde KDE native.
But there was'nt any chance for me to reanimate Digikam.
