As a user I think that maybe moving to 1.0.0 should have been done for 
0.10, but it would be strange to move from 0.10 to 1.0.0 as the new 
features of 0.11 are not that big compared to 0.10.
IMHO, there is at least one major feature missing before 1.0.0 :
non destructive editing.
