[Digikam-devel] separate instructions for KDE3 and KDE4 compiling on digiKam website

Hi everybody,
I thought since 
- KDE3 0.9 series is soon phasing out from development
- more people will want to compile KDE4 version
- the page was quite lengthy
I took the initiative to separate the two instructions for KDE3 and KDE4 into 
2 pages. The content is strictly the same (except for some typos).
