Ummm, I'm not very smart and I'm scratching my head...

I have the tarball, but there is no configure file and the install file is
empty / null.  All I have to compare these files to are an older 0.9.1 tarball
I have on disk... Those configure and install files look valid.

This is probably over my head unless you could point me towards an idiots guide
to compiling..
