XMP tag used is below :

Xmp.lr.hierarchicalSubject    XmpBag      1  Places|Torpa|Fosstun

Note : Current Exiv2 library do not know LR XMP tags yet. Please open a file in
Exiv2 bugzilla.

Import and export digiKam tags from/to this LR XMP is trivial.
