[Digikam-devel] [Bug 162812] New: Sharpen slider enhancement

I am using Picasa 3. The sharpen function was working fine the last time I used it but not now. Now when I click on sharpen it takes 2-4 seconds then the screen turns white for a few seconds before the slider screen comes up. But I am unable to move the slider smoothly, it actually doesn't move at all. After a few seconds it will move but nothing appears to have been done to the photo. I've opened and closed Picasa a few times and even rebooted my computer a couple times but nothing changes. The sharpen feature is not working.

I then down loaded Picasa again thinking that would help. Now I have 4 Picasa 3 programs on my computer. How do I delete 3 of them and not lose any of my photos? And how do I get the sharpen feature to operate correctly?
