I'm afraid not. All I can say is that in Exiv2 this 

#if XMP_MacBuild
        #include <Multiprocessing.h>
...

is still there in XMPCore_Impl.hpp and I haven't seen any complains about it.
And yes, it has been compiled on Max OS X ( although I also don't have one :)
