Hi, sorry for the delay, I currently don't have an internet connection at
home...
The compilation problem for OS X should be fixed in the MacPorts version:

If this works I'll remove those two inlines in the next version (BTW if anyone
knows the reason why those inlines break compilation and how to prevent this
please let me know...).
