Reopening as a wish to support IPTC Headline (not only but especially in
slideshow).

Headline is "publishable" and a "synopsis of the content". It does not support
multiple languages.
Title is "a shorthand reference", a "verbal and human readable name". It
supports multiple languages.

Digikam fully supports the Description, which is what is used normally.
