Look if files in this folder are compiled :

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/extragear/graphics/digikam/imageplugins/lenscorrection/autocorrection/

The root folder named lenscorrection is the plugin. it include 3 tools in one.
Looking your menu, this one is not installed on your system, or is not loaded
at startup

run digiKam from the console and post the trace here.
