No, your system is safe.

I remember to see these message in my office computer today, but time have
missing to investigate.

Here, at home i cannot reproduce the problem.

Can you make a test: rename you digikam4.db file to *.old and restart digiKam
from scratch. Just to see if messages appear at scanning start-up...
