Summary: list of supported file types can not be edited, just
extended
Product: digikam
Version: 0.10.0
Platform: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
ReportedBy: tomlinx at freenet.de
Version: 0.10.0 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic
I want to reduce the list of supported file types. E.g. I wount to include
*.ogg, *.wav, *.wma , also the *.gif. But all these file types are includes by
standard installation of digicam. Looking at user forums in the internet I
found the solution for older versions of digicam, to edit the list of supported
file types. Looking in my installation - the dialog box is empty, I just can
ADD new file types, but not REDUCE the installed list.
